  1. Please note the best efforts will be made to secure the student an internship in their primary area of interest. However, while suggestions from program participants are welcome and will be honored whenever possible, it is understood that internship placement is ultimately subject to the discretion of ISI. We strongly recommend that you register as early as possible as all internships are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. ISI is not responsible for any and all additional expenses that the student may incur including but not limited to: transportation, food, and/or other incidental living expenses.
  3. All students must be age 18 or older and assume all legal responsibility for themselves and/or their actions. It is agreed and understood that ISI and/or any of its agents and/or employees cannot be held liable for any and/or all of the program's participants' liabilities on behalf of themselves, heirs, executors, agents, etc. It is agreed and understood that ISI assumes no responsibility for any participating entertainment industry company's intern related policy(ies) where an ISI program participant is engaged as an intern. For example, some internships pay a small stipend to interns, however the vast majority do not, thus ISI cannot use stipends, or a lack thereof, as a criterion for placing an intern with a company. ISI's internship program is an educational program only. It is not an employee placement service and cannot be held responsible for any prospective employment stemming from our internship program, guest speakers, and/or any other opportunity presented during the internship. It is agreed and understood that any and all disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of California and be submitted for arbitration in Los Angeles, California with the American Arbitration Association or California Small Claims Court, and if arbitrated, the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In the event of arbitration or litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any and all reasonable attorney's fees and other costs incurred.
  4. The cost of the program is between $3,000 to $3,500 depending on special requests for the eight week program (additional weeks and/or specialty living arrangements must be arranged and paid for in advance) payable to Intern Services International . Your received payment serves as your official reservation and both the student and school will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt. Please note that payments received by ISI on or after 10 business days prior to the start date of the program are non-refundable. Payment should be made out to: Intern Services International for the full amount in U.S. dollars and sent to 4702 Hayvenhurst Ave., Encino, CA 91436
